Emeralds, of course, are the queen of green and more popular than ever right now. Said to represent reflection, growth and balance, they're definitely a great way to start your year.

Not all of us have the budget for emeralds however, so look out for gemstones like malachite, kyanite and green aventurine, plus jewellery decorated with green crystals, glass or enamel as green alternatives to invest in. 

Rings around you: focus on fingers

Rings are a definitely a fashion focus this season, whether you’re wearing a ring stack of dainty numbers, a charm ring or a glamorous cocktail design.

Cocktail rings and ring stacks have been popular for a while, but particularly in vogue for 2023 are a few new additions to the ring family - signet and pinky rings.
