Each order is shipped from our Leigh-on-Sea store. We ship with Royal Mail and are able to send orders over £25 within the UK and Channel Islands for free, and other countries for a fee.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our team checks and hand packs each order with care. Thank you for your support of our independent business, it means a lot.

Any delays to delivery times listed below are unfortunately out of our control, but we will do our best to help with any delivery issues.

Occasionally we may use other courier companies such as DPD or Evri if Royal Mail services are disrupted.

 

Niche Jewellery Delivery Options

 

Delivery details  

 

We offer the following options for delivery:

 

1. Standard delivery (UK only) - FREE for orders over £25, or £3.95 for orders under £25

  • Dispatched via Royal Mail within 1-2 working days of order
  • Reference number included in dispatch confirmation email from Niche Jewellery, updated upon delivery
  • Our delivery service providers aim to deliver in 2-4 working days after dispatch but this is not guaranteed
  • Total estimated time to delivery is 3-6 working days (excludes Sundays and bank holidays)

 

2. Express delivery (UK only) - £6.95

  • Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Express and requires signature on delivery
  • Delivery can be tracked on the delivery partner website using reference number included in dispatch email from Niche Jewellery
  • Delivery aim is 1 working day after courier collection, Monday to Saturday
  • Total delivery time 1-2 working days depending on the time of your order
  • Order by 2pm Monday to Friday to receive your order the next working day

 

3. Free Collect in Leigh-on-Sea

  • 6 Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1AW
  • We will contact you by telephone or email when your order is ready for collection
  • Most orders will be ready and waiting within 3 hours of order confirmation
  • There are occasional exceptions where an item is coming direct from a supplier within 2 working days
  • Total estimated collection time 0-2 working days

 

Please note that once our delivery partner has taken your package, it is up to the delivery company to fulfill their service obligations and Niche Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays. We will however do everything we can to help.

 

We are also able to deliver outside the United Kingdom using the international postage options for Republic of Ireland or Rest of World. However we cannot be held responsible for any customs or delivery issues or delays.

*However please note that on occasions during high volume periods, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, the set delivery date may be suspended. The delivery date may also depend on the time of courier collection, which can vary from day to day. Once your package has been collected by the courier, it will normally be delivered the next day, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays, unless there are localised delivery outages or adverse weather conditions. Order by 2pm to ensure your parcel is dispatched the same day.

 

Packaging and dispatch  

 

All items will arrive in official branded packaging, or Niche Jewellery packaging for our own collection or where branded packaging is not available.

Branded packaging may vary from images shown in the listing, which are for illustration purposes only, as some jewellery brands regularly update their packaging.

The outer shipping box your order is sent in will be non-branded.

Although we make every effort to dispatch orders as soon as possible, orders placed after 2pm Friday may not be dispatched until Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification including relevant tracking or reference details. These emails may occasionally go to spam or promotion folders, depending on individual email account filtering. Please check these folders for your notifications.

Please note that once our delivery service has taken your package, it is up to that company and any delivery partners to fulfill their service obligations and Niche Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays once the courier has your order.

If you require your order by a specific date that is less than 7 working days from your order, we recommend using our Express Delivery or Collect in Store options.
