We hope you love your order, but if it's not quite right you can exchange or return within 30 days of purchase.
Please read the relevant exchange or return information below and then:
If you encounter an error when entering your details, don't worry - you can skip this step and progress to step 2. Just include your invoice and note on it whether you would like an exchange or refund.
2. Send with Royal Mail 'signed for' to:
- 6 Broadway
- Essex SS9 1AW
Please include your printed return form OR original invoice with your name and order number to help us process your exchange or return as quickly as possible.
If your purchase isn't the right fit or you change your mind and would like a different item:
1. Make a note of the item you would like as a replacement in your exchange/return request or on your printed invoice with your return
2. Send your item back by Royal Mail 'signed for'
Where the price is the same, we will send out your new item once we receive your return, subject to availability.
Where there is a price difference, we will refund any amount due or provide a link for you to pay for the difference where the price is higher.
If you are exchanging for a similar Pandora item, please keep your packaging and send your item in a padded envelope without the box or pouch. We will then also send out your new piece in the same manner to minimise wastage of packaging.
If you are exchanging for an item that is not suitable for the packaging you received, please return the item with the origingal packaging.
We'll advise you by telephone or email if the size or item you'd like to exchange for is no longer in stock and issue a refund for the original purchase.
We endeavour to process all exchanges within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
If you would like a refund on the price paid for your purchase, please return your item unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.
Please send your items back with Royal Mail. We recommend you use a 'signed for' service.
Once the return is received by Niche Jewellery, we will refund the price you paid for the items.
Any paid for delivery charge you selected on the original order is non-refundable.
We endeavour to process all exchanges within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part (or the part of a supplier) and not if the product was incorrectly ordered.
If we determine that you are due a refund for return postage, we will only refund postage up to the level of the Royal Mail 'signed for' service. Therefore please do not use Next Day Delivery to return your item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note this returns and exchanges policy only relates to purchases on our website and does not apply to purchases made in store.
