We hope that you love your order, but if it's not quite right you can simply exchange or return it within 30 days of purchase.

Please send your item/s with Royal Mail to:

Please include your printed invoice and/or return form with your name and order number clearly marked on it to help us process your exchange or return as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges  

 

If your purchase isn't the right fit or you change your mind, send your item back by Royal Mail with a note of which item and size you would like in exchange.

Where the price is the same, we will send out your new item once we receive your return, subject to availability.

If you are exchanging for a similar item, you can keep your packaging and send your item in a padded envelope without the box or pouch. We will then also send out your new piece in the same manner.

If you are exchanging for an item that is not suitable for the packaging you received, please return the item with the origingal packaging.

Where there is a price difference, we will refund any amount due or provide a link for you to pay for the difference where the price is higher.

We'll advise you by telephone or email if the size or item you'd like to exchange for is no longer in stock and issue a refund for the original purchase.

We endeavour to process all exchanges within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.

 

Returns   

 

If you would like a refund on the price paid for your purchase, please return your item unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.

Please send your items back with Royal Mail. Once the return is received by Niche Jewellery, we will refund the price you paid for the items. Any paid for delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was incorrectly ordered.

We endeavour to process all exchanges within 5 working days of receipt of the return.

This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note this returns and exchanges policy only relates to purchases on our website and does not apply to purchases made in store.
