How to track your order
Once your order has been dispatched by Niche Jewellery, you will receive confirmation from us including any relevant reference number to your nominated email address.
You can track your order on the Royal Mail website, using the reference number in the dispatch confirmation email.
Email updates on your delivery may also be sent to you by Royal Mail directly.
If you order more than one item you may receive multiple shipment emails and items may arrive separately.
Where is my order?
If you have selected Free UK Delivery, your order may take up to 5 full working days to arrive. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Orders sent with Free UK Delivery will include a reference number, but the tracking may not be updated by Royal Mail until after delivery has been attempted.
Once 5 working days have passed, if you have not received your order you can contact us and we will raise an enquiry with Royal Mail.
If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive on different days if we have shipped them from different locations.
I haven't received my order
For standard delivery, please contact us if you have not received your order after 5 working days.
For Special Delivery orders, please contact us if you have not received your order after 3 working days.
For International Delivery, please contact us if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days.
