For most pieces this is a Swarovski branded box, but for certain items like Swarovski pens it is a Swarovski pouch.

We will also include a Swarovski gift bag, unless the item is too large, such as some Swarovski Crystal items.

Swarovski Crystal items purchased from Niche Jewellery carry the manufacturer's 2 year warranty from the date of receipt of the products.

Swarovski's Warranty is that products are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. 

Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage to Swarovski products caused by accident, misuse, modification, attempted repair, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the product’s care advice.

When you order Swarovski items from Niche Jewellery, you can choose from a number of delivery options.

Free delivery takes 3-5 working days from order, but the delivery date is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery takes 1-2 working days depending on the time of your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

If you have ordered multiple Swarovski crystal items or a Swarovski piece alongside one of our other brands, your items may arrive separately and the timing may vary slightly subject to nomal Royal Mail delivery time variations.

Be sure to include the original Swarovski packaging provided and use Royal Mail 'signed for' to give you a record of it arriving back with us.

If there is a difference to pay, we will contact you with a link to do so.

If there is a credit to you, we will refund you on the day we send out your exchanged item and your refund will then be with you withing 3-5 working days.
