Packaging Details

Order packaging  


All items will arrive in official branded packaging, or Niche Jewellery packaging for our own collection.

Branded packaging may vary from images shown in the listing, as some jewellery brands regularly update their packaging.

The outer packaging your order is sent in (postal box or bag) will be non-branded so that the content is not evident from outside the package.

We use tamper-resistant seals to avoid any issues during delivery so please do not accept delivery of the item if this has been broken.


Branded jewellery  


Swarovski jewellery is sent in Swarovski packaging (box or pouch) with gift bag, unless the item is too large for a gift bag so it will be sent in its original box.

All other brands are sent in the official packaging available, which may include a branded box or jewellery pouch, with a gift bag if available.

Niche Jewellery is a certified retailer of all our brands, and your purchase is always covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to individual product listings to see the warranty available.


The details  


We package your orders in the relevant jewellery packaging, surrounded by tissue paper.

Each individual jewellery item will arrive in a separate branded box or pouch where possible.

Items being sent with a gift message to a different address from the billing address will be placed within the gift bag where possible to ensure a gift opening experience.

When a gift message is included, we will leave the paper invoice out, but still include a card with our details in case they need to return or exchange.

On some occasions we need to send items in one order from different locations to get them to you on time. Therefore you may receive individual items separately if you have ordered more than one piece in a single order.
