How it all started
Clogau is a second-generation family business based in Wales. In 1989 William Roberts made the unexpected and exciting discovery of an abandoned mine in the mountains of Snowdonia. To make best use of the precious gold in the mine, William used it to create exclusive jewellery with Wales as his main design inspiration. For 30 years, Clogau's growing range of jewellery has captured the hearts and imaginations of jewellery lovers all over the world.
