We dispatch orders every weekday and Saturdays where possible with Royal Mail. We may also ship with DPD or Evri when Royal Mail services are unavailable. Whilst these services are normally reliable, there may be occasional delays to delivery times which are out of our control.

Once our delivery partner has taken your package, it is up to that company to fulfill their service obligations.

Returns and Exchanges
