Delivery, Gift Options and Returns
We are continuing to dispatch orders and we aim to do so within our usual timeframe of 1-2 working days. However, there may be slight delays in order dispatch due to unforseen circumstances such as unexpected Post Office closures.
We send all orders via Royal Mail. Whilst their aim is to provide a normal service, there may be some delays in delivery which are out of our control.

Niche Jewellery is an independent family run business, so we swiftly adapted our procedures in line with government guidelines. All recommended hygeine precautions are taken by our small website team when packaging items.
We will always do our best to provide you with prompt customer service. Your query will always be dealt with by an experienced member of our team of or one of our company directors.
While social distancing is in force, a gift of jewellery, crystal or a sparkling accessory is the perfect way to show family and friends you are thinking of them.

We offer the following options for delivery:
1. Free delivery (UK only) - Dispatched via Royal within one to two working days of order. Reference number included in dispatch confirmation email from Niche Jewellery, but tracking is only updated upon attempted or actual delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver in 1-3 working days after dispatch but this is not guaranteed. Total estimated time to delivery is 3-5 working days and ifyou require your item in less than 5 working days, please select next working day delivery.
2. Next working day delivery (UK only) - Orders must be made by 12 midday to guarantee same day dispatch and will cost £6.95. Sent via 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®' and need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery can be fully tracked using reference number included in dispatch confirmation email from Niche Jewellery. Royal Mail delivers these orders on the working day after dispatch, Monday to Friday. Total delivery time 1-2 working days depending on the time of your order.
3. Next day delivery on Saturday (UK only) - If you order on a Friday and require next day delivery on Saturday, orders must be made by 12 midday Friday to guarantee same day dispatch and cost £10.95. Sent via 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®' and need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery can be fully tracked using reference number included in confirmation email following dispatch by Niche Jewellery. Royal Mail delivers these orders on Saturday, but they do not deliver on Sundays. Total delivery time 1 day if ordered by midday Friday.
4. Republic of Ireland delivery - these orders will be sent by Royal Mail International within one to two working days of order and cost £7.50. Depending on the delivery partner in your country, orders may need to be signed for on delivery. Reference number included in dispatch confirmation email from Niche Jewellery, but tracking is only updated upon attempted or actual delivery. Royal mail aims to deliver to the Republic of Ireland in 4-5 working days, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to local delivery partner terms and conditions and local public holidays. Total estimated delivery time 5-8 working days.
5. Collect in Leigh-on-Sea (6 Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1AW) - your item(s) will be ready and waiting 3 hours after order confirmation, with the exception of all Pandora jewellery, and selected Swarovski Crystal and Jewellery items which will be available within 1-3 working days*. If you select Collect in Leigh-on-Sea, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know that your order is ready. Collect in store is free of charge. Total estimated delivery time 1-3 working days.
6. Collect in Romford (Pandora Romford, Unit E8 The Liberty Shopping Centre RM1 3RL) - your item(s) will be ready and waiting 3 hours after order confirmation for Pandora items, but please allow 1-3 working days* for all other items. If you select Collect in Romford, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know that your order is ready. Collect in store is free of charge. Total estimated delivery time 1-3 working days.
We regret that we are currently unable to delivery internationally outside the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Packaging and dispatch
All items will arrive in official branded packaging, or Niche Jewellery packaging for our own collection or where branded packaging is not available. Branded packaging may vary from images shown in the listing, which are for illustration purposes only, as some jewellery brands regularly update their packaging. The outer packaging your order is sent in will be non-branded.
For the purposes of website order dispatch, Niche Jewellery working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to midday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Although we make every effort to dispatch orders as soon as possible, orders placed after midday Friday may not be dispatched until Monday because Saturday is not a full working day for the purposes of dispatching via Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification including relevant tracking or reference details. These emails may occasionally go to spam or promotion folders, depending on individual email account filtering. Please check these folders for your notifications.
Please note that once Royal Mail has taken your package, it is up to Royal Mail and any delivery partners to fulfill their service obligations. Niche Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays once Royal Mail has your order. If you require your order by a specific date that is less than 5 working days from your order, we strongly recommend using our Next Day Delivery or Collect in Store options.
All our jewellery comes in jewellery gift packaging, ready to give or receive. Each jewellery brand has its own packaging, which may consist of a jewellery presentation box, pouch or gift bag. If branded packaging is not available, your item will be presented in Niche Jewellery packaging or a suitable alternative.
Your order details will be emailed to your nominated email address following payment. Any orders received which have a different shipping and billing name and address or a gift message will be sent without a paper invoice.

Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items purchased from Niche Jewellery if they are not to your satisfaction within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you the item purchase price, or send you an alternative item upon agreement with the store.
Returns can be made in store at Niche Jewellery or by delivery or post to Niche, 6 Broadway, Leigh on Sea SS9 1AW. The cost of postage for returns shall be borne by the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty. But even if you simply change your mind, find out more about Paypal's Return Shipping On Us offer.
Once the returned item(s) are received by Niche Jewellery, we will refund the cost of the item(s) that have been returned by the customer within 7 days of return as long as they are in the original packaging and are not worn or damaged. Any paid for delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange your returned item for a different size, please indicate on your returns form and we will send you the requested size if available, or contact you to advise if it is not available and discuss any alternative options.
If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative item with a different price, please purchase the new piece and return the existing piece for a refund.
If you are exchanging, there is no need to include the jewellery packaging with your return, and your exchanged item will be sent flat packed.
