Our team hand packs each order with care and attention, then sends it to you in plain outer packaging so you can rest assured it will remain a secret until opened.
Delivery of your gifts within the UK is free for all orders over £49. Free delivery takes 2-5 working dayes.
If you need your gift in less than 5 working days, we recommend selecting either Tracked 24 or Next Working Day delivery.
Please note that next Working Day (order by 2pm Monday to Friday) is the only option with a set delivery date.
We're confident you'll find the perfect gift among our curated collection. But if for some reason it's not quite right, rest assured that they can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
We don't include an invoice with items marked as gifts, but we do include a card with our details on in, just in case they need to contact us about sizing or an exchange.
If you are sending gifts from Niche Jewellery direct to friends or loved ones, add a gift message to make the experience more personal. Gift messages are included on a free custom printed message card.
