Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if it's not quite right you are welcome to exchange or return it within 30 days of purchase.
Please read the relevant exchange or return information first, then:
1. Place your item/s in their original packaging
2. Include your invoice OR name and order number, and whether you would like an exchange or return
3. Send your item back to:

We ask you to include a note of your name and order number or original invoice to help us process your exchange or return as quickly as possible, and a note of the reason for your return or exchange.
We recommend a 'signed for' postal service so that you have a record of your return. Return postage is only refundable on the rare occasion that an item is incorrect or faulty.
Exchanges
If your purchase isn't the right fit or you change your mind and would like a different item (subject to availability), just make a note with your return, and we'll contact you regarding your exchange.
Where the price is the same, we will send out your new item once we receive your return, subject to availability.
Where there is a price difference, we will refund any amount due or provide a link for you to pay for the difference where the price is higher.
We'll advise you by telephone or email if the size or item you'd like to exchange for is no longer in stock and issue a refund for the original purchase.
We endeavour to process all exchanges within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Returns
If your purchase isn't the right fit or you change your mind and would like a refund, just make a note of this to include with your return and post it back to us within 30 days of purchase.
Once the return is received by Niche Jewellery, we will refund the price you paid for the items and notify you by email. We endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required in accordance with your statutory rights. Any upgraded delivery services (such as next day delivery) are non-refundable.
If you are returning a product to us because incorrect, we will only refund your return postage if the item is wrong through an error on our part (or the part of a supplier) and not if the product was incorrectly ordered.
If we determine that you are due a refund for return postage, we will only refund postage up to the level of the Royal Mail 'signed for' service. Therefore please do not use Next Day Delivery to return your item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
