Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We offer the following options for delivery:

1. Free delivery (UK only) - these orders will be sent via 'Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class' within one working day of order. These orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Proof of delivery is recorded using a reference number which will be included in a confirmation email following dispatch by Niche Jewellery. Royal Mail aims to deliver 'Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class' on the next working day including Saturdays but this is not guaranteed. 

2. Collect in store (6 Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1AW) - your item(s) will be ready and waiting 2 hours after order confirmation, with the exception of Swarovski Crystal items which will be available within 3 working days*. 

3. Next working day delivery (UK only) - if you require next working day delivery, orders must be made by midday and will cost £6.95. These orders will be sent via 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®' and will need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery can be fully tracked using a tracking reference number which will be included in a confirmation email following dispatch by Niche Jewellery. Royal Mail delivers these orders on the working day following dispatch, including Saturdays.

4. International delivery (outside UK) - these orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed' on the next working day after ordering. Delivery of these orders will cost £17.50. These orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Proof of delivery is recorded using a reference number which will be included in a confirmation email following dispatch. 'Royal Mail Interational Signed' aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and Rest of World within 5-7 working days, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to local delivery partner terms and conditions and local public holidays.

All items will arrive in official branded packaging according to the item listing, or Niche Jewellery packaging for our own collection.

For the purposes of website order dispatch, Niche Jewellery working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9am to midday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Returns

You may return or exchange items purchased from Niche Jewellery if they are not to your satisfaction, excluding earrings, within 28 days of purchase, and we will refund you the item purchase price, or send you an alternative item upon agreement ith the store. Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned due to hygeine reasons.

Returns can be made in store at Niche Jewellery or by delivery or post to Niche, 6 Broadway, Leigh on Sea SS9 1AW. The cost of postage for returns shall be borne by the customer.

Niche Jewellery will refund the cost of the item(s) that are returned by the customer within 7 days of return as long as they are in the original packaging and are not worn or damaged

*Swarovski crystal items ordered using delivery services will be dispatched and delivered according to these delivery methods. The delay on crystal orders is for 'Collect in store' only.
