Delivery and Returns
We offer the following options for delivery:
1. Free delivery (UK only) - these orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery on the next working day after ordering. These orders will need to be signed for.
2. Collect in store (6 Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex SS9 1AW) - your item(s) will be ready and waiting 2 hours after order confirmation, with the exception of Swarovski Crystal items which will be available within 3 working days.
3. Next working day delivery (UK only) - if you require next working day delivery, orders must be made by midday and will cost £6.50. These orders are trackable and will need to be signed for.
4. International delivery (outside UK) - these orders will be sent on the next working day after ordering but delivery times are subject to local delivery firm terms and conditions. Delivery of these orders will cost £17.50.
All jewellery items will arrive in official branded packaging.
You may return or exchange jewellery you purchase from Niche Jewellery if it is not to your satisfaction within 14 days of purchase (28 days for online purchases) and we will refund or send you an alternative piece.
Returns can be made in store at Niche Jewellery or by delivery or post to Niche, 6 Broadway, Leigh on Sea SS9 1AW. The cost of postage for returns shall be borne by the customer.
Niche Jewellery will refund the cost of the item(s) that are returned by the customer within 7 days of return as long as they are in the original packaging and are not worn or damaged.
